CYPRUS: The Business Relocation Experience - Establishing Regional Headquarters

An event organised by the Business Relocation Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Τhe purpose of this event is to present to the participants the available options to foreign nationals, both from a migration and tax point of view when choosing to relocate their businesses and set up their Headquarters in Cyprus.
Foreign companies which have already successfully relocated to Cyprus will share their “know how” and feedback on the practicalities of such business relocation, and provide an insight on how any potential obstacles are successfully overcome, this information assisting participants to develop problem identification and resolving skills. Further, a presentation to be given on “EU Foreign Direct Investments’ Screening Regulation: current status and the way forward” will further broaden the knowledge required by all lawyers, advisors and service providers in advising clients who effect investments in EU.
