Registration Details:
· Participation Fee: €50 euro (incl. VAT). Following the successful completion of registration, the amount is non-refundable. A registration that has not been paid will be considered invalid.
· Deadline: The deadline for registration is 12 December (11:00 a.m.), 2025
· Registration: The Zoom link will be shared via email with all registered participants after the registration period closes.
· The seminar forms part of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of Advocates and is accredited with 3 CPD/AML units. Important Note: Please note that participants who have already attended the seminar held on 21/10/2025 at the Cleopatra Hotel will not be eligible to receive additional CPD units, as it is the same seminar.
· The units will be automatically recorded by the Cyprus Bar Association (CBA) for those who attend the seminar in its entirety; therefore NO certificates of attendance will be issued for CBA Members.
· Advocates must log in to their CBA account as ADVOCATES before registering to the seminar. Please do not register as a GUEST.
· For non CBA Members who wish to receive a certificate of attendance, should after attending the seminar, send their request at aml@cba.org.cy stating if they require the certificate scanned copy.
· For those who wish to obtain a certificate of attendance, it should be noted that they will be available within 2 weeks from the date of the seminar.
